Shipping Terms
You must be 21 years old to place an order. In accordance with Senate Bill 39, an adult signature is required for any deliveries to California residents.
Shipment is restricted to the United States, U.S. Territories, and military addresses only.
All shipments will be shipped on working days, Monday through Friday, only. Our standard default shipping method is UPS Ground Service.The following are all available shipping methods, simply view your cart contents and select a different shipping option. Click on UPDATE SHIPPING to make the change and view the revised shipping charge and order total.
The following are all available shipping methods and charges:
UPS Ground
Delivery via UPS regular ground service takes 5 to 7 working days in the 48 Continental States. $7.95 shipping charge.
UPS 2nd Day Air
Your order will be delivered in 2 to 3 working days in the 48 Continental States when shipped UPS 2nd Day Air (Blue Label). $14.00 shipping charge for the first item and $2.50 for each item.
UPS Next Day
Your order will be delivered the next working day when shipped UPS Next Day (Red Label) in the 48 Continental States. All orders will be charged $25.00 for the first item and $2.50 for each item.
USPS Priority Mail
Priority Mail shipments are restricted to P.O. Boxes, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands, Alaska and A.P.O./F.P.O. addresses only. Your order will be delivered in 3 to 5 working days in the Continental United States. $14.00 shipping charge for the first item and $2.50 for each item. Outside the 48 Continental United States add an additional $5.00.
COD Orders
We do not accept CODs or IOUs.
Returns
We want you to be happy with every purchase you make from our company. If you are not satisfied with anything you buy from us you may return it within 30 days for a prompt refund or exchange.
If you smoke any of our cigars and are not satisfied with them, return them for a refund of the purchase price less the value of the cigars you tried.
We guarantee accessories for 30 days. Manufacturer’s warranties apply beyond 30 days.
Any returned item must be sent back in its original package, box or bundle. Pipes that have been smoked are not returnable. Shipping charges are not refundable.
